Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately.

8upd primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming that online gaming is legally permitted from their location. Any legal issues arising from use of the service from a restricted area are entirely the user's own responsibility.

3.1

Providing Accurate Information

During registration, users must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. In some cases, additional time may be needed due to identity verification or a security review.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the support team approves otherwise under special circumstances.

Transaction Verification

If unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, 8upd may temporarily place that transaction on hold and request additional verification. Such reviews are necessary to protect the interests of both the platform and the user.

Section 5: Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1

Welcome Bonus

8upd offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳13,000
5.2

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must place bets worth 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing your bonus winnings.
5.3

Bonus Usage Rules

  • Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
  • Bonuses are usable only on games designated by 8upd.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
  • Attempting to withdraw before meeting the promotion's requirements may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • If abuse or an attempt to exploit the system is detected, 8upd reserves the right to withdraw the bonus.

Section 6: Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1

Fair Play Policy

8upd ensures fair play in all games. The games on the platform are developed by reputable providers and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Using any external software, bots, or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited.

6.2

Technical Issues

In the event of a server disconnection or technical error during a game, 8upd will make a fair decision based on game logs and records. Claims of losses caused by technical issues will be reviewed and remedied accordingly.

6.3

Sports Betting Policy

When participating in cricket or any other sports market, please keep in mind — outcomes are uncertain and there is always a risk of losing money. 8upd only provides the market and has no control over the outcome of events.

If any of the above violations are detected, 8upd may close the account and forfeit the balance without prior warning, and may take legal action if necessary.
